How we handle the data you give us when filing a complaint sheet, under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley N.º 29733) and its regulation.

Data controller

What we use your data for

To register your claim or complaint, answer it, keep the sheet as the Complaints Book regulation requires, and hand it to INDECOPI if it asks. We do not use it for advertising or any other purpose, and we make no automated decisions or profiles with it.

Required data

Every field of the form is required: they are the ones the regulation prescribes for the complaint sheet. Without them we cannot register or answer your claim. Do not include sensitive data, such as health details, in the description unless your claim needs it.

Database and recipients

Your data is kept in the “Quejas y reclamos” database of Koshisoftware E.I.R.L., registered in the National Register of Personal Data Protection under code PJ-2026-5408. Only Koshisoftware and, on request, INDECOPI or other competent authorities see it.

International transfer

This site and its database run on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which processes the data as our processor, on our behalf and under contract. Your data is therefore stored outside Peru. To protect the form from automated submissions, Cloudflare Turnstile analyses your IP address and technical data from your browser. We email you the copy of the sheet through Sweego (Mindbaz SAS, France), and we receive and answer claims in our Proton AG (Switzerland) mailbox; both also act as our processors.

How long we keep it

Two years from when you file the sheet, the period the Complaints Book regulation requires. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for information about your data, access, rectify or delete it, or object to its processing by writing to [email protected] or to the address above. We answer within the deadlines of the regulation of Ley N.º 29733. If you disagree with our answer, you can turn to the National Personal Data Protection Authority.
