When you visit the site

This site sets no cookies, measures no visits with analytics tools and loads no third-party content. We keep no visitor logs. Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts the site and, as our processor, processes your IP address and technical data from your browser to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.

When you write to us

If you write to [email protected] or another of our addresses, we use your name, your email address and what you tell us to answer you and, if you hire us, for the quote, the contract and invoicing. We do not use them for advertising or share them, unless the law requires it (for example, towards SUNAT, the tax authority). Our email runs on Proton AG (Switzerland), which processes the messages as our processor.

Libro de Reclamaciones

International transfer

As Cloudflare and Proton are outside Peru, your data is processed in the United States and Switzerland, on our behalf and under contract.

How long we keep it

We keep your emails while they are useful to handle your enquiry or our business relationship, and for the periods the law requires, such as tax periods. If you ask us to delete them, we do.

Your rights

You can ask for information about your data, access, rectify or delete it, or object to its processing by writing to [email protected] or to the address above. We answer within the deadlines of the regulation of Ley N.º 29733. If you disagree with our answer, you can turn to the National Personal Data Protection Authority.
